How to make a booking ?
You can make a booking by downloading the 'Booking Form' below and simply fax/mail to us along with deposit.

Terms and Conditions

• The trip cost includes return group airfares, bed and breakfast and twin share hotel accommodation in Kathmandu, airport transfers, full board and accommodation while trekking, transport to and from trekking, trek permits, park fees, use of down jacket, kit bag and sleeping bag and a half day guided sightseeing tour of Kathmandu.
• The trip cost excludes the cost of visa, airport departure taxes, insurance and/or emergency evacuation.
• Ex Kathmandu cost includes all trekking and transportation costs, a half day guided tour and 3 nights hotel accommodation in Kathmandu (2 nights before trek & 1 night after). Hotel accommodation is on a twin share bed and breakfast basis. Additional nights can be booked if required.
• Discounts apply to children under 12 years of age and school groups may be eligible. Contact us for details.
• Booking procedure: Complete the booking form below and forward with a deposit of $400 for treks to Everest Trekking. Confirmation of bookings will be sent immediately, along with detailed trip notes, Everest Trekking Information Kit and a Medical Questionnaire, which is to be completed and returned within 3 weeks. The balance of the trip payment must be made 60 days before departure. Tickets and vouchers are normally issued 3 weks before departure.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Refunds can only be made if Everest Trekking is notified in writing. Refunds are determined as follows:
• more than 60 days before departure – loss of deposit
• between 60 and 20 days before departure – 50% of trip cost
• less than 20 days before departure – 100% of trip cost will be forfeited to Everest Trekking
• No refunds will be made for any unused service once the trip has commenced
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on reasons for cancelling, travel insurance may cover any loss incurred.
• Insurance: All Everest Trekking travellers must take out travel insurance which covers normal holiday travel plus emergency evacuation. A proposal for a suitable policy will be included with your balance of payment invoice. The completed proposal plus premium, must be returned with your balance of trip payment.
• Delays and changes in itineraries: Adventure travel being what it is, may result in occasional forced changes in plans. Every effort will be made to avoid any inconvenience, but if this does occur we cannot be responsible for extra costs arising from delays. Also we cannot be responsible for itinerary changes resulting from airlines reallocating flights.
