Journey to Tibetan Himalaya Cultural Centre
Join to Sonam to on a journey to her childhood home in India and the cultural and spiritual centre of the Tibetan Community in Exile, Himachal Pradesh state, north India. Learned guide will accompany your tour to the sacred and historical place we visit, and will give us some history & insight in these spiritual & cultural power places in India.
 Sonam will take you to Meri Bon Centre, the heart of ancient Tibet Indigenous Bon tradition in Exile at Dolanji;  to Shimla, the old British Raj Himalya  Summer Capital: to the lotus Laka, Tso Pema, scared place of Pamasambhava various of Tibet settlement & monasteries. Indian village, temples, flora & fauna; and Dharamsala , the seat of His His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan administration in exile.
 In Dharamsala we will visit the library of works and archives. Tibetan Medical & Astrology institute, Nechung Temple, Tibetan Women’s Association, Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts, His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s Namgyal Monastery, The Tibetan Museum, and the Tibetan Children’s Village School, with free time for your exploring.
Set on a forested Himalaya ridge is Sherab Ling Monastery, Sonam’s childhood home, where you will see traditional monastic life, debuting, study and rituals, and a forest walk to Indian village. On the way to Dharamsala  we will also visit Dzongsar Kyenste Institute, Dolma Ling Nunnery, and Gyuto Monastery where  we will attend  public audience with HH Gyalwang Karmapa, head of karma kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.

On our return to Delhi there will be free time to shopping at vibrant New Delhi market along with visit to the Gandhi  Museum, the Baha’I Lotus  Temple, the Akshardam Hindu Temple and the Red Fort of old Delhi. We will finish with picnic lunch at Buddha Jayanti Park before the return flight home.
