Journey to the very heart of Tibet….. join Lobsang and Everest Trekking as we travel to "the Land of Snows at the Roof of the World". Tibet is a land where you pass wandering nomads driving their yak herds through it's vast, open grasslands. Where bold Khampa warriors ride through the harsh and compellingly beautiful landscape. Where ancient monasteries cling to the side of hills and dominate nearby villages.

Here, in this remote and special place you can experience Tibet's severe physical and climatic environment while meeting some of the most easy going and good humoured people on Earth. Tibetan hospitality is well known despite them having to endure incredible hardships.

You can be there. Our guide will lead you through the country as only a Tibetan speaking Buddhist can. With your guide, you can journey to Lhasa, the spiritual and temporal capital of Tibet. Visit the Potala, the Dalai Lama's winter palace. Join the devout pilgrims circumnavigating the palace. You can also visit the Norbulinga palace and the Jokhang temple.

Our journey overland from Lhasa, through the rugged splendour of Tibet, back to Nepal, takes us to the north face of Mt Everest, rarely seen by foreigners. In Tibet, Everest is known as Chomo Lungma "Goddess Mother of the Earth". The sight of this majestic mountain is a profoundly moving experience. We continue on through such notable cities as Xigatse and Tingri, before we traverse the high Himalayan passes into Nepal, towards our final destination, Kathmandu.
