To increase our enjoyment while travelling at the high altitudes of the Tibetan plateau, we commence our travels with a 10 day trek in Nepal. As well as being an experience in it's own right, this trek will provide the opportunity to become partially acclimatised and prepared for the effects of altitude.
The Tibetan segment of this itinerary is the same as that for the Tibet Chomo Lungma Base Camp trip.
